Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with our team to design, develop, and enhance user-facing features for AI-powered applications.
• Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and databases to support frontend functionality.
• Create and implement testing strategies to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of AI systems.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Document code, processes, and workflows to facilitate team collaboration and maintain clarity.
• Stay up to date with emerging AI trends.

Required Skills

• Passion for AI: A genuine interest in AI technologies and their applications. Willingness to learn and engage deeply with AI concepts and tools.
• Backend Knowledge: Comfortable working with Python (Django, Fast API, etc) 
• Familiarity with Git, Bash, etc.
• Strong interest in testing, including creating unit tests, integration tests, and ensuring overall application quality.
• Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation for code and workflows.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and solving technical challenges.

Bonus skills

• Knowledge of AI tools and platforms such as OpenAI's APIs or Hugging Face.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing tools.
